Medication for Health Office 2021-22 Good Morning, As we start this new school year, I would like to remind families that if your child/children take any prescribed medication that will need to be given during school hours I will need a new medication authorization form for the doctor, this is required every school year. We can't be accept medications without the Doctor's order. The MD office can fax the order to me @ 860-465-2403. As always call the health office if you have any questions.
