While we all navigate these challenging times, Generations Family Health Center and the Northeast District Department of Health continue to encourage school personnel, community partners, and parents to role-model good COVID-19 prevention practices for students and young adults.
Norm, the COVID-19 Community Watchdog, is proving to be an effective community resource with a website full of engaging animated short videos, coloring pages, an adoption certificate, and web links for additional educational resources.
COVID-19 case rates are high in eastern Connecticut, so it’s important to reinforce effective measures such as wear your mask, watch your distance, wash your hands, avoid gatherings, and stay home when sick.
We’ve added a short, new animated clip which incorporates vaccine messaging so Norm can wish his young friends a happy and healthy new year.
If you have any questions about these materials, please contact Allison W. Heneghan, Director of Communications and Development for Generations Family Health Center at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please visit the site at

Best wishes for a happy and healthy 2021!
